IN THE BEGINNING God created heaven and earth 1st day.
His Spirit hovered over the waters. God separated light from darkness, so then became morning and night. God made a vault to separate waters. God called the vault sky the 2nd day.
God made land and it produced vegetation and trees for nuts and fruits 3rd day.
God said let there be lights in the sky to separate day and night. The greater light to govern the day and the lesser the night. He also made starts day 4.
God said let the waters teem with living creatures, the sky be filled with birds, great creatures under the sea 5th day.
God said let the land produce living creatures according to their kind - all animals. Then God said let us make human beings in Our Image 6th day.
On the 7th day God had finished and made it Holy. What a wondrous event to be made for the dust of the ground. Now God had planted a garden in the east of Eden and this is where He put man. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Adam is the first man but since no suitable helper God put him to sleep and pulled a rib cover back with flesh making even more wondrous Eve. God brought her to Adam and he was very pleased.
The serpent was crafty more then any of the wild animals and made Eve think the fruit was extra pleasing, extra desirable, and his lie that it gives knowledge and she could be like God was the end to life as they knew it. For that time forward God cursed them and everything he made in the six days.

They were told about the garden but God placed a cherubim angel with a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the tree of life. Cain was the oldest of the two sons. Abel kept flocks and Cain worked the soil. In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil as a offering to the Lord. Abel brought a fat portions from the firstborn of his flock. Cain was angry they his offering was not good enough. God asked him why is your face downcast. So Cain attacked his brother and killed Able. This was the second big wicked first Adam and Eve eating of the tree, and now murder. Eventually God regretted making what He did and God's heart was deeply troubled

Noah was a righteous man, blameless, among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God. Noah has three sons
Shem
Ham
Japheth
Now the earth was corrupt in God's sight and full of violence.
We all know what happen next and what will happen to us if found righteous in our generation. Noah was 600 years old when the flood water came and covered the earth for 150 days. The ark rested on the seventeenth day of the seventh month on top of the mountains of Ararat. God made a covenant and rainbow never to kill everything by flood waters. The rainbow reminds God. The earth recovered from the great flood. It was time for God's next move, time to build a nation.
Abraham was the tenth generation removed from Noah, being a direct descendant of Shem, (Noah's son), the father of all the "Semitic" peoples. 400 years between Noah and Abraham. God told him I will make you into a great nation and he will be blessed. Just like you and I if we follow with all our hearts. God said He would curse whoever curses you I will curse. Just like it's always been were to turn over our frustration and anger letting God take vengeance. By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. Kind of like me.

The word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision.
Do not be afraid

In a move common during the time, the decided that Sarai's servant, Hagar, would be the surrogate mother for the promised child. Hager and Sarai quarreled. Hagar was sent away helpless and pregnant wander the desert. Just a she despaired her life our God spoke to her. The angel of the Lord told her go back to your mistress and submit to her. The angel added, I will increase your descendants so much they will be too numerous to count. The angel wanted her son to be called Ishmael and the angel added your son will be against everyone and everyone's hand against him, and he will live in hostility toward all his brothers. The angel said Ishmael will be a wild donkey of a man and said the Lord has heard Sarai's misery.
No longer was Abram to be called by that name, but Abraham.
No longer was Sarai to be called by her name, but Sarah.
As God promised Sarah was able to have child and his name was Isaac! Abraham was 100 and when God tested the faith of Abraham the child Isaac not really a child so easily to be places as a sacrifice, but he obey his Father bcs in that day they really trusted God. Isaac was 33 years of age when places on the alter. Just the same age as Jesus when He was at Calvary being crucified for our sins. God provided a ram with horns stuck in thickets. God provided for you and I by opening our hearts and accepting Jesus inside.

Abraham purchased property for Sarah to be buried and later Abraham was placed next to her. Isaac had to sons Esau and Jacob. When Isaac lay in bed, weak, and blind, he asked his hunters son Esau for some tasty meat char-grilled wild meat. This was to be Esau's long awaited big day. Since the oldest son he was to get a double portion blessing, but Rebekah heard of the plan for blessing and tricked Abraham by putting goat fir on Jacob and dressing him in Esau's clothes to make him resemble his tough, hairy, older brother.

Esau found out about this and was angry to the point of fury, he
threatened to kill his brother. Rebekah intercepted and sent Jacob to
relatives where he was himself was manipulated to marry Rachel's sister
Leah. The wounds between Esau and Jacob were deep and long.
Jacob wanted to see if his brother was still upset and sent a messenger ahead with many bribes. Esau came with 400 warriors but when he saw his brother God spoke to him to love him and accept him into your life. Esau was blessed and did not need Esau blessings or bribes but Jacob insisted. Both men were very blessed as God has promised. The liked living together in the same country. Both brother build alters in the land of Canaan and gave God their best.
